Things I like

Interests:

Meditation, the evolution of Consciousness, people watching, sunset/sunrise, reading, nature and the natural world, being happy :-)

Music:

Anything that's good….. there's good and bad found in every genre of music.

Reading:

Mostly self development these days. Tolle, Zukav, Millman, Hendrix, Castaneda, Peck, Hesse, Homer, Huxley, Peake, Lawrence, Maugham, Hardy, Asimov, Durrell, so many incredible authors.

Movies/TV:

Pretty much anything except gratuitous violence and horror, I don't want to carry that nonsense round in my head - I feel the same way about the News. Love doco's, comedy, yeah romcoms too! Scifi, historical, drama, fantasy, Disney - I'm easily pleased video entertainment wise.

Food/dining:

Mainly vegetarian, I try and limit the amount of meat I eat.

Sports/fitness:

Swimming, cycling, walking and the occasional gym
