Been a while since I have been on here, I am still alive and have now got my own place after 2 1/2 years on the wait list... I have started of fresh again, I am ahead with my bills, also picked up a bit of casual work and upgraded my car several times.
Glad to be alive.

I’ve been homeless for over a year now, I have my Son mainly Weekends. I have applied for Housing Connect/Community Housing/Housing Tas, everytime I contact them to see what's going on with the Wait List all I get told is I am on the Priority List and that their still housing those who applied back in 2017. I have been applying for Realestate places but every single property I’ve applied for I have had knockback because the landlord always chooses another applicants. All this is taking a seriouse toll on me mentally and physically and I really don't know how I can keep going like I am. I’ve been given contacts for living in Hotels and Motels the Cosy Homestead but they are unaffordable with the rising prices and the drop in Carona Virus Suppliment. I need a rental property up to $200 a week preferably with 2 bedrooms but I can make 1 bedroom work. I’m desperate for a home so I can start to have my Son more often and be able to have a better relationship with my Son and find some stability.

Depression and Anxiety are through the bloody roof at the moment, the family is doing my head in but unfortunately I have no place to call my own. I need a bloody good break right now.
