About me

I am not looking for the casual fling or one night stand. Would like to develop a friendship first, which could lead into something more. I am on here to meet new people and take in what they have to offer me and for me to do the same in exchange.

I enjoy all manner of things and am easy going, quiet, but not too quiet, can be quite gregarious in known company, I think logically and rationally, and value intelligence, honesty, compassion and understanding. I like many things and have a broad range of tastes and am more than keen to try anything new and stimulating, whatever it may be. Why take the highway, when the back road is more interesting?

I am somewhat unconventional, I never see just black and white, easily adapts to change, going out partying is not high on the agenda, actually, it is not even on my agenda. I can be very spontaneous and sometimes impulsive. I am sensitive and caring, I sometimes don't show it, but it's there, get to know me and it'll shine.

Like to spend days/nights out or in with a companion, dinner and drinks, time at home and to do things constructive, enjoy drives and country roads, picnics and most certainly the beach in summer. I like being outdoors when I can. I look at life from outside the box. I am pretty easy going and never control and dislike being controlled.

I enjoy a nice red wine in company, would prefer to spend quality time with someone like minded in their way of thinking and outlook on life, but also for them to be independent and outgoing. I also love spending time with my two daughters and doing those things only Dads can do with them, so if you have kids, all the better, if you don't, then that's OK too.

I can be a tough nut to crack, but if you do, you won't be disappointed. Life is about learning, there is always something new and exciting, it is a journey of discovery, new experiences and self improvement. Honesty and trust are prerequisites as well as plain old fun. Curious?
