Hello Janni thanks for your reply .. believe it or not I live in Serpentine ( so thank goodness we are not on the 'other side' of the river from one and other, because I am not into travelling long distances anymore). I lived in the Northern Suburbs for over 20 yrs until my marriage broke up .. I lived near Wanneroo ... now live way down in Serpentine ... but lived in Kelmscott / Camillo for 22 yrs before moving to Serpentine 8 yrs ago.
I would be interested in meeting up with you for a coffee ( and the other ladies of the group you belong to). I did join the Byford Senior Club last year sometime .. but never went along to anything due to having skin cancer taken off my nose in Oct, then around the same time I developed Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot .. and after months of limping with the pain,it affected my right knee (that I was told many years ago I would need a knee replacement on) so for months I could hardly walk ...and the cannabis oil and strong pain killers the Doctor put me on, were not helping at all ...... but pleased to say after 5 months, the pain as disappeared and I can now walk without pain. I haven't really had any Social life for the past 6 yrs, so it would be lovely to meet and make some new friends in and around Armadale /Byford and the surrounding areas.I am single and been on my own for almost 9 yrs now,but cant say I like it too much ....it would be nice to meet other ladies who have their own homes, because as much as I would love to meet a lady as a companion and have in the past thought I would like to share my house with someone I am compatible with ....after having a friend come and stay with me from England for three months,I have now decided it isn't a good idea to share ..but sadly I am hearing so much about ladies in their 60's,70's,80's who have become homeless through no fault of their own, and they are finding it hard to pay rent out of their Pensions. Hey Krista! I live in the Armadale area! LOL! We might even be neighbours! I'll be single as of week after next - husband is returning to his Adelaide family - he never settled here - too many issues to go into on here! My family is here - but what with work etc they are naturally busy! Perhaps we can meet for a coffee after Easter? Coffee Club in Byford is nice food-wise. I am with a girls group (you might enjoy becoming one of us) and we lunch out every few weeks or so.. just when the urge takes us! No formalities. I have a little forever doggo. Am originally a kiwi. and reasonably healthy! Hear from you if you are interested! Cheers for now.
